The Open Table Pop-Up Kitchen is a community dinner that moves like a restaurant and feels like a block party. You show up, you’re welcomed, you eat well, and you leave lighter than you came.

Chef Curtis is the founder and culinary force behind Curtis's Custom Cuisine, bringing the heart and soul of Southern specialties to the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. Since establishing his business in 2019, Curtis has built a reputation for excellence, centering his philosophy on creating fully customized menus tailored to the unique needs of each client.

  • Sets the standard for service pace
  • Keeps quality consistent across sites

Year 1 menus are designed for consistency and speed while still feeling special—because the goal is a great night, not a complicated one.
