Open the Help Hub

Lane B with a Lane C workforce bridge

Own the narrative without exploiting the story.

Open Table Media House is the governed creative, publishing, and production arm of The Open Table Cincy—built to represent recovery as competence, craft, culture, and contribution while protecting consent, rights, and dignity.

Enterprise cluster in development

Open Table Cincy brand collage showing community, media-ready storytelling, merchandise, hospitality, and shared work. Concept visualization
Concept imagery illustrates the intended environment and program experience; it is not a photograph of an identified member or a claim that every pictured service is currently operating.

The purpose

Recovery should be heard in its own voice—and produced with professional discipline.

Too often, people in recovery are spoken about by systems, headlines, or institutions that flatten their complexity. Media House creates a place to tell the truth with craft, consent, and control.

It is not an informal hobby room. It is a governed enterprise cluster that supports public education, impact documentation, creative services, workforce development, and mission-aligned revenue.

Production gate

Every release moves through a controlled workflow.

  1. Brief

Name the purpose, audience, owner, budget, platform, rights posture, and proof of mission fit.

  2. Consent and protection

Confirm releases, story boundaries, no-film zones, minors protections, revocation terms, and minimum necessary disclosure.

  3. Pre-production

Script, run sheet, call sheet, roles, equipment, access, schedule, and safety plan.

  4. Production

Capture media only within approved locations, roles, and consent boundaries.

  5. Post-production

File naming, edit versions, credits, metadata, fact-check, accessibility, and rights review.

  6. Release gate

Quality, dignity, claims, consent, legal/rights, and executive or delegated approval before publishing.

  7. Archive and measure

Store source files, release records, distribution logs, performance, revenue attribution, and lessons learned.
