One front door • Multiple pathways

Enter through belonging. Move forward through evidence.

Programs & Pathways shows how the clubhouse, practical support, enterprise practice, workforce development, training, and community partnerships fit together without blurring their roles.

Public pathway map

Open Table Cincy program collage showing a welcoming clubhouse, peer support, workforce pathways, food, and community building. Concept visualization
Concept imagery illustrates the intended environment and program experience; it is not a photograph of an identified member or a claim that every pictured service is currently operating.

The member journey

A visible movement from first contact to sustained contribution.

  1. Reach out

A person, family member, partner, employer, or community worker makes contact.

  2. Welcome and fit

Immediate safety is considered, the non-clinical scope is explained, and the right next step is identified.

  3. Belong and stabilize

The clubhouse provides rhythm, peer support, practical navigation, and re-engagement.

  4. Contribute and practice

Members take real roles in Work-Ordered Day units and, when ready, supervised enterprise practice.

  5. Build portable proof

Attendance, skills, credentials, work samples, references, and repair after mistakes become visible.

  6. Move into opportunity

Open Table Works, the Academy, partner services, or community pathways support the next step.

  7. Stay connected

Retention, alumni, mentorship, peer community, and re-entry routes prevent the next setback from becoming abandonment.

The three-lane model

Different functions. One doctrine.

01

Peer Clubhouse

Work-Ordered Day, peer support, BRAVE-20 culture, stabilization, recovery capital, resource navigation, and member participation.

02

Social Enterprise

Kitchen, hospitality, media, retail, service lines, customer standards, cash and inventory controls, and supervised practice.

03

Workforce Development

Readiness, competencies, credentials, portfolio clearance, employer matching, placement verification, retention, and advancement.

How to choose a pathway

Start with the real barrier, not the most impressive program name.

01

I need stability and community

Start with the Peer Clubhouse or Help Hub. Build a daily rhythm and address practical barriers before pushing into placement.

02

I want work but I am not ready yet

Open Table Works can help identify missing receipts and build a plan through practice, training, and portfolio development.

03

I am ready to work

A readiness review and portfolio clearance determine whether external representation is appropriate.

04

I am an employer

Employer Partnerships provides vetted candidate pathways, clear communication boundaries, and retention support.

05

I am a partner organization

Partner With Us maps referral, training, meal, media, site, funding, and shared-operations partnerships.

06

I need a resource today

The Help Hub provides crisis contacts, practical resource leads, saved resources, and a local action plan.

A service is not complete because a referral was made.

The next step must be accepted, scheduled, confirmed, and tracked. Where the first plan fails, the workflow identifies the barrier, re-routes, and documents the new next step.

You do not have to solve the entire map before taking the first step.

Use the Help Hub for urgent practical planning, or send a short inquiry so the team can route you to the right conversation.
