Website terms
Information, boundaries, and responsible use.
These terms explain the purpose and limits of this website, the Help Hub, public forms, linked resources, intellectual property, and the difference between general information and professional services.
Review before launch
Public governance 1. Acceptance and purpose
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a manner consistent with these terms. The website provides general information about The Open Table Cincy, its planned or operating programs, public resources, partnership opportunities, and ways to contact the organization.
The organization may update the website and these terms as programs, laws, technology, partners, and operations change.
2. Not clinical, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice
Website content, the Help Hub, downloadable material, and form responses are not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, crisis intervention, or a substitute for qualified professional services.
For immediate danger, call 911. For mental health or suicide crisis support in the United States, call or text 988. Website forms are not continuously monitored and should not be used for emergencies.
3. No automatic relationship or guarantee
Submitting a form, saving a Help Hub plan, attending an event, making a donation, or communicating through the website does not by itself create a clinical, employment, partnership, membership, fiduciary, legal, or contractual relationship.
The Open Table Cincy does not guarantee eligibility, enrollment, housing, employment, funding, a referral outcome, a credential, business success, sobriety, or any other result.
4. Resource directory and third-party links
Help Hub and Silver Book resource entries are provided as planning leads. Programs, eligibility, fees, hours, contact information, availability, and service areas can change. Visitors should verify information directly with the listed organization before relying on it.
Third-party links do not mean The Open Table controls, guarantees, or endorses every statement, service, product, security practice, accessibility feature, or outcome of another organization.
5. Responsible form use
You agree not to submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, malicious, or infringing content; malware; credentials; or information you do not have authority to share.
General forms should not contain protected health information, Social Security numbers, financial account information, government ID images, passwords, detailed criminal or court records, or other sensitive records unless an authorized secure process expressly requests them.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, website design, original text, illustrations, branding, logos, curricula, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to The Open Table Cincy and are protected by applicable law.
You may view, print, or share public pages for personal, educational, referral, or noncommercial community use with attribution and without alteration that creates a false impression. Commercial reuse, republication, sale, training reuse, or derivative branding requires written permission unless a separate license says otherwise.
7. Availability, security, and limitation
The website may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or contain errors. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate and secure information, but no website can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or completely free of risk.
To the extent permitted by law, The Open Table Cincy is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on outdated third-party information, device-local Help Hub data, service interruption, unauthorized use, or actions outside the organization's reasonable control.
8. Governing review and contact
Questions about these terms should be directed through the Contact page. Before launch, the organization should insert the legal entity name, effective date, governing-law language, copyright contact, and any site-specific terms required by actual plugins, donation tools, analytics, stores, accounts, or member portals.
Legal review required
This is a production-ready policy framework, not a substitute for review by qualified counsel familiar with the organization's final legal entity, website tools, fundraising, services, and Ohio operations.
